6 hours in and I can confirm that the stories are fairly uneventful and bland. But that's not what I bought the game for. The combat is amazing and is what has me hooked.

Absolutely loving this game. Only thing I was worried about was Evan. But as bright and bubbly as he is, he is nowhere near as annoying as I had feared he would be. The combat is a confident step up from the first game and the kingdom building and strategic elements are very much welcome and complete timesinks for me. I just have to level everything in my kingdom and research every new ability!!!! Only thing I don't like is sharing game time with my oldest son. Get off the PS4!!!!

Nobody is playing this on PC, so there's no reason for me to get it.

@Narxes: The point for PC is DX 11. That allows your system and Skyrim Remastered (and any mods you use) to use more than 4GB of RAM. Right now Skyrim runs on DX9 and cannot utilize more than 4GB. This is huge if you use a lot of mods.
