If Dragon age is as linear as mass effect than i won't buy it. Is there only three classes like ME? I know there 6 in ME but three were cheap excuses for hybrid classes among the three core classes.

Only thing that made Mass Effect fun was the story line and the acting/dialogue. The gameplay was mediocre. It was halfway between a shooter and an rpg but felt mediocre in both respects. Plus if Dragon Age is going to be as linear as Mass Effect was I don't think I'll enjoy it. It was hardly open ended. O sure you can be a good guy with a rough edge, but he can't actually be evil. And you can do side missions, when available, but you won't actually be able to join another faction or group? I mean, Risen doesn't look all that good but neither does Dragon age.

All I know is this; Kane and Lynch was advertised heavily on gamespot. Gerstmann gave his professional opinion on said game, which IKNOW many gamers and other reviewers (check metacritic.com) would agree on it being in the 6-7 out of10 range. The fact that they fired him for doing his job is absurd. They fired him because they wanted Eidos' advertising money, for Kane and Lynch and future games as well. The whole purpose of reviews is to inform consumers before they make a purchase, the fact that all games are going to be winners is untrue and it is a very unfortunate decision on gamespots part.I will not return for corrupt and consistantly favorable reviews.
