Picked up Broken Sword Trilogy, AC complete, Far Cry 3, Velvet Assassin ( I've been on the fence about buying it for a while, but for $1.24 , not much risk involved)
The Lenovo Y-580 is a good value for the price . They're on sale currently . For $860 you get an i-7 and a GTX 660m graphics card which is superior to the cards in the laptops you mentioned .
If thats your budget I would look into the lenovo Y-580. For $849.00 which is cheaper than the HP u are looking at, you get a better processor, 1 TB hard drive instead of 640gb on the HP ( although 5400 rpm is a little slow ) and the GTX 660m is a vastly superior graphics card than the GT 630m in the HP. The lenovo is a much better value than the HP . Its currently on sale through Dec 5th. In that price range the lenovo is a steal in my opinion .
Does anyone own the Klipsch Mode m40's ? I havent seen them mentioned in this thread. Im looking for a nice set of headphones for gaming and music. Im torn between the Sennheiser HD 598 and the Klipsch.
What about the Leap Frog tablet ? Its a tablet for kids. I think its called the Leap Pad. I got it for my daughter who is 6 and she loves it . Has lots of games , apps and books for kids . Obviously it has nowhere near the size library of itunes or android , but I agree that no 6 six year-old needs and ipad or a tablet for that matter .
Im looking for a good space combat sim . I heard Freespace 2 is good, but am hesitant to try it because of its age. Can anyone recommend any good ones or is Freespace 2 the one to get despite its age . Thanks .
