Epic. What could Sony and Nintendo do to counter this?

Its not a matter of people wanting it to fail, but the fact of the matter is that it IS failing.

See, this guy (or girl? can't be bothered to check) has the right idea.

[QUOTE="Why_Me-"][QUOTE="ajames_123"]

my 360 is holding on at the mo. It takes 3 attempts to come on and get a image but other than that no problems lmao. I just cnt b bothered to send it away.

Il gamble and hope it wont break mid game session. Although the percentage chance is against me probably.

ajames_123

It sounds like you're on your way to having the "sound, but no video" problem. Unfortunately, that's not covered by Microsoft's extended warrantee. They only cover 3 red lights. Be prepared to spend 100 dollars on repairing it, and it will soon die on you, probably mid-gaming session.

How do I know? Because I had a 360 do the same thing to me... That one is currently being sent to Microsoft now. Engadget had a post with many, many, many replies about this problem, and it usually occurs with 360's over1 year old.

Il finish the fight with just sound and no picture.

MS aint getting no 100 bones off me.

It's the new legendary difficulty!

*Gramar Nazi mode on*

The title should say "Are hardcore gamers too set in their ways to learn to play games like Lair?"

*Nazi mode off*

Wait till Super Mario Galaxy is released, as that looks like a strange control system. Probably an excuse though.

I guess that all sony first/second party games will suffer from this :? ( Killzone 2 , Uncharted , heavenly sword , Etc ... ) .

Prid3r

That would suck quite a bit: the PS3 needs good first/second party games.

Sony has always been more popular, but the PS3 has nosedived by the looks of things. 360 and Wii are much more popular than PS3, but lots of people are still playing PS2.

What if it's a green lump? Would that be better? And besides, aren't consoles and pcs both computers? If one reaches a limit, so does the other.
