Alright, I've recently been having a rather strange problem and I don't know what the root of it is. Multiple flash links do not work on GameSpot and I'm NOT referring to Firefox, but rather, Internet Explorer. First of all, when I go to Gamespot.com and it asks me "Click here to continue to GameSpot" to skip the ad, it doesn't work; clicking the link brings me right back to the ad page as if it were refreshed. Secondly, like the Firefox users, the links for the Recent News box don't work--I can click the arrows and the circles, but the "Go Now" button and clicking the image itself do nothing. I do have the latest version of Flash installed for IE and have tried running IE without addons running. This also seems to occur on Gamestop/EB pages--when I attempt to log in to an account and hit "log in" it seems to refresh the page instead of actually logging me in. Any help would be great.
Nintendo's taking this whole "console" thing one step at a time. They found out how to revolutionize gaming...and then they start disappointing on all of the other aspects. Nintendo had been saying for the past year that they would begin to embrace online gaming. Yes, they launched WiFi DS and they'll continue with Wii WiFi. But they could've made it more inviting by offering a standardized system. Especially given the level of success Xbox Live has achieved, it's plain to see the appeal in such a system. Why can't Nintendo do more than one thing right at a time? :(
