@TheEroica: Why would Sony’s gaming budgets be bloated but Microsoft’s won’t? If anything the GamePass aspect will actually increase the development cost of the AAA games.

But MS has a huge roster of developers and should be pushing out some bangers over the next couple of years. And while Starfield was really good, they need to do more. They have a ton to prove after throwing all this money around.

Apparently this is only in relation to movies and music, tv shows and video games are unaffected. It will happen eventually but not today.

The first games main quest is about that long. But with this style of game, why would you rush it like that? To each their own.

I will gladly pay the $70 and enjoy my 40-50 hours of fun. I’ve paid for movie tickets recently, the time to cost ratio is much worse there.

How could I not, it’s been a banger year.

I don’t prefer any, it’s up to the game to craft the best world with the system they choose.

Atomic Heart isn’t underrated, it’s just straight average.

@luxuryheart: using the movie industry here is not helping your argument. “Hollywood Accounting” is known for a million scummy practices.

It’s really freaking good. Charming characters and art style, the music is like a mix of 16-bit synth that slaps, and the combat is a lot of fun.
