@santinegrete You're absolutely right, nothing as compelling in a horror game as vulnerability. I think true fear is actually knowing you can't face your opponent. And if you barely ever see them, like in Amnesia as you said, it's only getting better.
Damn, if all those people out there who've been dreaming about a horror game like Amnesia for years now just give a dollar to a dev who supports all their ideas and listens to their feedback, I bet we'd have the best horror game in the world right now.

1) You can't judge a game by its looks; on top of that, there's a difference between a bad-looking game and a game with a graphical style that doesn't suit your personal preference.
2) The game plays like heaven, so if you neglect this game by its visual style, then be my guest. You don't know what you're missing; this is one of my favorite games of all time.
