She's also fugly.
@kaalkurayami: I wouldn't mind a female model with long hair....
@GreySeven: What happens in the Milky Way stays in the Milky Way.
@tomscifi69: People expecting the game to be out may have a little something to do with a certain company's promise to release, and then delayed it time and time again. But idk, it could be anything, right ?
@isariamkia: It can't even do a proper "multiplayer", let alone "massively". They need to improve that shit real quick.
@Supabul: Even if this was all a scam, it wouldn't be a "Ponzi" scheme.
@DETfaninATL: Lots of angry console people on here. Most FPS and multiplayer people are too busy playing their games and don't even care about this kind of thing.
@malibutomi: Nope, it showed that they were not competent enough to realistically set up a solid plan for the game. It looked like they just came up with stuff along the way. Games sometimes have delay, yes. However, multiple delays with "next year" promise every time is just so unprofessional. Therefore, even if they say they can release the whole thing in 2017 or 2018, I highly doubt it. They have lost all of their credibility on this.
And another thing, people don't think 4 years is too much. People think 4 years plus at least 2-3 more years is too much. And yes, that is way too long for a project like this.
Btw, even the best "Open world MMOs" or whatever don't take that long, especially when they already have some solid stuff when they announced at the kickstart.
@malibutomi: They are. There is a reason why game developers do not feature creep their games. They need to find the right balance between features and a realistic release date. A game in development with buncha cool features now may sound good. However, if that game takes too long to finish, then when it come out, those features will not be "cool" anymore, and it'll just become an average game.
That will be the case of Star Citizen if it takes too long to develop. Plus, CIG PROMISED release dates, but they delayed time and time again. So yeah, they kinda lost their credibility on this subject.
@rabbitcancer: There is a reason for that. Of course everyone wants to make their games ambitious and perfect. However, they need to balance other things as well. If not, it'll just stay as a cool concept with many unrealistic features. Those kinds of games will take forever to develop and once they finally come out, they'll become outdated.
