You can't escape from the Dead Zone.

Instantaneous Movement is a technique different from Instant Transmission.Instantaneous Movement is a way you travel to any location through tearing the fabrics between the different dimensions in the universe.You don't actually move,you are truly "teleported".The fabrics tear returns to normal after the teleportation is done.The Dead Zone is a blocked off dimension,but instantaneous movement can teleport you even from there to which ever dimension in the universe you wish to visit.This technique can be performed by the Supreme Kai but I learned it when I saw him to it.

You need to sense someone/something to move there.

You can't sense anyone out of the Dead Zone.
