Its hard to actually claim that Consoles are doomed or dead. They fit a medium of people that most of this world is. The people that buy a console mostly are the ones that want more from a game than something you can play on your phone or tablet, but don't want to dive into the possible money hole that can be created from gaming on a PC. Game trends are shifting for sure but I don't see consoles ever leaving us. They have a niche, a very big and wide niche, but one none the less.

Ok, I just got a PS3 and picked up Folklore and Fallout New Vegas. When I went to play Folklore it seemed like it was taking awhile to create the data utility save. I let it be since I knew it took awhile for New Vegas to create one as well. After almost 45 minutes it was still saying that it was creating it. It seemed to freeze at this point. Anybody else have this problem, and if so do you know how to fix it? I haven't had a chance to do any kind of updates on my PS3 cause I can't connect it to the internet at the moment. Any help would be welcomed, Thank you.
Activision is making a big mistake by switching around dev companies for the COD series. The new COD could be good but not as well done IW. However this possible MMO coming out of this series sounds even worse than turning COD into an action adventure title.
