The campaign took me about 15 hours to complete. I guess I must really suck, since that's 3x the length that other people claimed that they've beaten it in. xD

@shafe-man I actually think the Wii was a step down from the Gamecube (not in graphics, though).

@Indyskater In my experience, the complaints aren't about the Wii being "different", so much as having enormous flaws, such as bad 3rd-party games, bad multiplatform games (probably mainly due to the Wii's weak engine), and a crappy controller. And every time that they make a new product to promote standard hardcore gaming, they fail to promote it, so it barely gets used by other devs. The Classic Controller, for example, is severely underused. To be honest, i think that all major gaming companies copy each other. For example, Nintendo did not invent online play, yet their most recent consoles have it. To be fair, I think that Nintendo chose cheap technology for the Wii, because they didn't have enough money for more powerful technology. I think that, for a while, they've had the Wii in mind as a backup plan in case they lost money. They probably had to do it, because of the Gamecube's mediocre sales. Hopefully, they now have enough money to make a much more powerful console with Wii 2, that actually supports major multiplatform releases.
