@daBrokenFace From a gameplay perspective, sure. However, many companies have gone down due to poor advertising. It's much more likely that the average person would see the trailer rather than come across a review.
@Victorious_Fize @Grovilis @Gaming-Planet Except this isn't even a console. The selling point is that it's a full fledged PC in tablet form that just so happens to be powerful enough to play, from my understanding, any PC game on the market as a plus. You may not like tablets, but that doesn't mean this is an objectively bad product. I personally find tablets to be much easier to pull out and use on the go than a laptop. The fact that the thing itself works as a controller means a lot less hassling with plugging your Xbox 360 controller into your laptop whilst on a bus or a plane.
Again, I don't understand how this could be detrimental to the gaming market in the least.
@Gaming-Planet Why? Competition is good and this could cause a demand for higher quality tablet games (if you're interested in that sort of stuff, of course).
The thing works as a handheld console, home console, tablet and a laptop all while being pretty powerful for it's shape and size. It seems about console quality, in fact. I kind of fail to see how people are saying that it's horrendously overpriced. I'm not too sure if my type of lifestyle would find a huge need for it, but I can easily see this being incredibly useful for certain people.
I don't know. The thing works as a tablet, console, handheld console, and a laptop all while being pretty powerful for it's shape and size. I fail to see how it's incredibly overpriced as people proclaim.
