I still have mine that I paid $100 for. I was thinking of returning it when I heard the reviews so I didn't open it. Next time I remembered, it was too late to return it.

F*** me right?!

Looks like Dave needs to ramp on the hazing on Oscar. This "lad" is getting too uppity. Knocking over Lucy's controller, throwing paper at her face.. Kids these days..

At least he gets to "pop off" his new persona in these videos but I bet Tamoor aint having that in the office haha

Aw yea! So pleasantly surprised to hear Cam's voice here on the site again. Even If it only happens once in a blue moon, it still bring back the nostalgia. Feels good guy.

Great article, Ed! I couldn't agree more with what your wrote. This might be the First(and only) God of War game I've ever been excited for and it's BECAUSE it's not like the games before it. I would drop off after a few hours cause it felt stale, like hitting punching bags until the next big over-the-top cutscene. The combat looks way more fun this time around and the story looks like it has some substance. This will most likely be a Day 1 purchase for me.

THAT was adorable. Was not expecting to see Papa Ramsey on here with his "heir". Cute kid, sweet video, solid review. Just gotta work on his takes and he'll be a star ;)

This was awesome! I was already excited/interested in the game but after watching this I'm locking in my pre-order. Cant wait for release. The little touches in this game makes it feel so much more alive than I expected. Great job, Mike! This was a fun interview to watch

@tnielsen2010: ^ THIS ^ I never got a Wii U. Haven't owned a nintendo console for years so I'm all for EVERY port they make. This way I get to play all the games I missed. I doubt I'm the only person who feels this way.

@RicanV: hahaha the replies above are so SAVAGE. FYI- I'm talking about the replies, NOT the OP (should be clear but you know..). Each one was so spot on. One after the other. Had a good laugh.

But man, all the complaints over this review are INSANE to me. That people will complain if score is too high or too low because some other guy/outlet said it was better or worse. To be mad when "your favorite game" wasn't praised by someone different than you with possibly different tastes. The idea that all reviews need to sound the same or have the same narrative to be credible or your score isn't right unless it hits the same number as Metacritic. The notion that EVERYONE who works at Gamespot NEEDS to share the same opinion as the person who reviewed the game. It's all too much sometimes but then again I'm not a young kid who gets angry at everything anymore so maybe I'm just out of touch. I feel bad for anyone trying to get into games journalism because they'll go through the same "your opinion is wrong" backlash anytime they just try to do their job. Luckily, I have the ability to think for myself so I'll continue to read these reviews and decide for myself if the points brought up will effect me the same way or not. Remember, games are supposed to be a fun hobby not a hill to die on. Enjoy!
