I've encountered this before, i just restarted the game since i could finish it becuase i kinda screwed up the mission system. (None of the factions would give me any missions when i was friendly with them.)

I encountered something like this, but it was in a locker with a bunch of drugs in it. I kept going back to it and kept gettting the same. I ended up saving and calling it a night and the next morning it was empty :(.

YIPPIE! MY FAV. MAP! WOOT I GOTTA GET THAT! they should put terminal but when you get back to earth. Like part of the train is running (half gone) and the buildings are sorta on fire and so on. Also they need to bring back relic - that map is awsome!
