Wired 360 I've found to have the widest compatibility, it's also my favourite controller so win-win for me :)

Coke, in Canada this isn't even a debate nobody up here prefers Pepsi.

What would you like to drink?
Coke.
Is Pepsi all right?
Is Monopoly money all right?

I've used everything buy Unix, though the only Linux I've ever used is Ubuntu, so not sure if that really counts. Windows 8 (with Star8) is what I use mainly though

Gamespot following the great tradition of making the site worse with every new iteration. So many shitty, useless features, and they get rid of the one feature I actually used (looking up your post history to see which threads got new posts).

Exact same here, unless they add it back in the next few days I think I'm gonna have to find a new forum :(

I'm leaning that way too. Having to wade through each board to find where I posted is a pain. I don't post all that regularly, but it was always nice seeing the new posts column in my history. Made following a discussion that much easier.

Anyone know of any good, friendly forums focusing on gaming and computer hardware?

Not worth it, get a 120GB SSD and 4TB Blue or similar, your set.

The place I get part's doesn't carry Blue's for some reason :( also does anyone know for sure whether Windows 8 64-bit can do parition's larger then 2tb?

Here's a 4tb WD Black though: http://ncix.com/products/?sku=78374&vpn=WD4001FAEX&manufacture=Western%20Digital%20WD&promoid=1307 pricey...

I just realised, blue's only come in 1TB max.

Can't answer your other question, never bought or installed 8 64bit on >3TB.

After some intense googling you can apparently accomplish single partition larger then 2tb by using a GPD partitions scheme, hopefully that will become clear when I actually go to do it...
