If Kurt Sutter puts up the money, and Rockstar wants to use the GTA4/TL&D engine, why not. Of course it must have two things:

1: ALL the actors doing their voices, no sound alikes. No Nolan North, I want Charlie Hunnam. No Jennifer Hale, I want Katey Sagal. And of course Ron Perlman has done a ton of games over the years.

2: It has to take place between seasons 4 and 5, at a time when a "certain character" is still alive...

Some games just don't lend well to multiplayer (Lost Planet).

4A Games, you take out that Multiplayer you go out and make the best single-player campaign you possibly can (Like 2K with Bioshock)
