I guess I'll re-state this, as the issue doesn't seem to have been resolved.

1. Every single user video

2. Since Nov. 18th at 2:29 pm ET

3. Nobody gets any errors. The uploads always finish properly.

4. The videos simply never get processed, as they remain permanently in the queue.

Whatever system is used for the processing of videos seems to be the culprit. After three days of downtime, one would've thought that this didn't need to be pointed out, but unfortunately this seems to have become a recurring trend here at Gamespot and certainly isn't doing any favors to its image at all. Moderate me if you want, but you guys really need to be on the ball with these problems, and I'll echo the sentiments of many users here when I say that these repeated disappointments will one day overshadow the excellent content offered on the site. Here's hoping that a noticeable improvement occurs in the near future.

This issue seems to be affecting everyone. No new user videos have been uploaded for over three days now (this is still the latest vid in the User Videos page).

Same here. Refreshing the page actually worked for me in the past, but now it's completely borked.

I posted an entry in my blog about this yesterday, but one forgotten game that needs to be in the spotlight again is Enix's EVO: The Search for Eden. Hopefully it'll get a VC release one day.

Beating Ninja Gaiden on the NES without dying.

Props. That game is a real ball buster.

Beating Mike Tyson in the original NES Punch-Out, and beating Contra 1 and 3 with one life.

If you really studied demand across the fanbase, you could make some decent cash getting rare and odd releases from Japan, but other than the occasional rare print or high-in-demand game, it's not really a venue to generate a lot of profit.

Regardless of all the mediocre scores the game has been receiving, nothing will deter me from buying it. The demo delivered exactly what I wanted, a traditional JRPG with not too many frills, but still solid nonetheless. The game won't blow me away, but it's a decent start on the 360, and it should tide me over until Eternal Sonata and Lost Odyssey, both of which look way more promising.

To be honest, if I had a Wii, I'd be more stoked for the VC release of Super Metroid than for Metroid Prime 3, even if Nintendo had hyped it up. It seems like it's a known quantity now, even with its lack of coverage, so I think the big N is just trying to push other titles into the spotlight instead, rather than focus on the big 3 coming out this year.
