For saying the site is 10+ years old, and all the old users accounts (Not the physical users, but the accounts we created) are still active. I would assume millions, just alot of people drifted away

Huh, you look like me when I grow a beard. Strange.

Anyway, glad you didn't totally **** yourself up, losing an eye would have been too shitty to deal with.

Odds are you are younger then me, so you look like me when you grow a beard lol. But thank you, it probably would have sucked

Lol, thanks everyone for the compliments on my looks. Since the incident alot of people have been staring at me, girls mostly. It's ending up as a scar, but I think I could use it in my favor...

In the Air Force, I split my head open twice; once on a missile fin and once on the jet. Bled everywhere, had to rush to the ER, etc. Stiches and staples.

This one sounds bad, and more on the track of what I'm talking about. A daily activity that almost resulted (Or in your case did) in a trip to the ER. Good thing you made it through, any scars?

Yesterday I was working hard in my garage and in a split second I rapidly, accidentally stabbed myself in the face with a very sharp pointed metal object. Ended up about 2 centimeters from getting my eye, which would obviously cause me to loose it. Kinda funny, not very often you value your ability to see.

I've had plenty of close calls with dieing. Car accidents, hospital visits, but this is just the more recent interesting story. This was doing just a daily activity (Well, for me atleast), so it makes it alittle different then most. Anyone else have anything interesting that's somewhat related?

Lol, being 5'7" and 138 lbs with 6% body fat and actually owning my own bench set, I find this unbelievable.

I hit the bench constantly throughout the day. My max is 190, and my body only has muscle to make up to that 138. If your max really is 250 then you must seriously have twigs for legs...

Also, your max will change based on if you're talking about incline, normal, and decline. If your max is 250 at normal, then what are your max's for incline and decline? Are we talking about wide grip or narrow?

And I also do ALOT of cardio. I run marathons and spend about an hour on a treadmill 2-4 times a week. Also exercise other parts of my body (Leg day, ab day, chest, back, shoulders). So I spend alot of time training, and have alot of gym buddies to train with. I know a thing or two about weightlifting, and it's easy to spot the trolls

And yeah, bruce lee may have a very high max. But also he spend ALOT of time training. I dunno how old you are, but I doubt you're old enough to even do the amount of training it takes to get up that high by now. Also, if you spent that much time lifting you shouldn't have to ask if your max is good, you should already know....

Just casually ask her to go do something with you.

Wait too long and she forms a friendly bond with you

Yes, you are still a real man if you dont have one. But having one shows a few things

Most beards I see are either on skinny hipster types OR Duck Dynasty types.

Well, I am neither a skinny hipster or a fat duck hunter...

I am actually a physically fit athletic college student who is taking the chance to take advantage of my attributes. Seeing how I am a student at the party school ASU, which also has many cute young girls attending. It is beneficial for me to look as good as I can, so I can bang as many of the girls as I want. Girls like muscles and beards, so I work out to get the muscles, and I grow and groom my beard. The two work well together...

I keep mine trimmed, at about 5/8ths inch, and keep it away from my lips so no food will get stuck or anything. I shave my neck completely. The crease from under the chin to the neck is the line I use, beard above it, nothing below it. I also keep the beard on the underside of my chin trimmed, it gets really hot and irritating if I just let it grow (I live in Phoenix, Arizona, not the best beard weather during summer, but I live with it). It takes me about 3 weeks to grow it this far, then I start trimming. I shampoo it, and comb it when I get out of the shower. The combing feels amazing, and makes it look clean and straight. I've had it for about 18 months now, I shave it all off and start fresh about once a year (Shave on the last day of October for no shave November). I used to have a goatee, but the beard gets ALOT more attention from ladies, and it gets pretty comfortable once you've had it long enough. I like having it, and I feel naked the first few days after I shave it off.

Yes, you are still a real man if you dont have one. But having one shows a few things. First, it is a sign of genetics, that you have good genes otherwise known as "Sexy genes". The genes for the ability to grow a beard, and that you have a good chance of passing these genes off to your offspring. Second, shows age, you look more mature, wiser, older, responsible, chicks dig older guys, and older guys usually have more of the fatherly figure. Third, it shows high levels of testosterone. High testosterone shows you are manly, aggressive, dominate, confident, better muscle tone, more energy, and a high sex drive. And forth, it just shows you are a man, not a girl and not a boy, but a older man who most likely has his s*** together.
