GTA once again gets my vote as the WORST of the overrated hype games. Probably one of the most KIDDIE series I have ever had the displeasure of playing. I find it amusing that the series is so popular with the immature Fanboy crowd. You know, the ones who are always bashing Nintendo games as being kiddie?

Is anyone else really peed that there are no voices for charecters?

My younger Brother loves zelda but he cant read so he continually asks me to read it for him

The text dialog is part of the Zelda "charm". If they added voice acting like other games, it would most likely detract from the immersion factor for more people than it would help. There is also a very good chance that the voice acting would be STUPID. I am glad that they are leaving that part alone.

You guys need to check out the DEMO footage now available on the E3 section of this site. 20 minutes of in game footage with some Q&A with Myamoto as they play through the early sections of the game. In a word... AWESOME!!

SUPER MARIO SUNSHINE followed closely by SUPER MONKEY BALL I made the mistake of buying Sunshine before renting it first and well... What others have said is true. The over the top amount of STUPID obstacle course levels really made the game tedious, and I found myself having to force myself to continue playing it. I never did beat the game. The boredom level was just too high to bother. Super Monkey Ball is also one of those games that is fun for all of about 20 minutes, until you realize that you have basically seen everything there is to see in the game. It just gets harder and harder to get through a level. I have pretty much made rental of all GC games mandatory now, since there are so few GC games worth owning. The last GC game I bought was PAPER MARIO2, and that was definitely worth the money!

Hey, I'm new here (the union, but unions are fairly new anyways). So hello...

My post is about this.

Having finished all but one LoZ, I was wondering if I'm the only one who hated Majora's Mask. I hated the fact that you only had 3 days to do something, and then zoom back, etc etc etc. Not counting the gazillion sidequests. I'm not far from the end in Majora's Mask, but I let go of it, before the final dungeon because it just couldn't keep my attention. I was just wondering if I'm the only one who didn't finish it because they found it boring?

Am I missing a good ending?

I thought the game was GREAT! It took a lot more planning and decision making in order to beat it and this is why I think some people didn't enjoy it. If you lack good prioritizing and decision making skills, I can see how the game would overwhelm you.

Not yet, but I am probably going to use a $45.00 credit I have at GameStop towards it. Waiting to see if there are any special pre-order offers from any other retailer before I make the move. Plenty of time to decide unfortunately. :( I was really hoping for a summer release.

Did you guys do this on your second play through and did you complete it?

I did

IkeXC07
I had to do it on my third because I missed one picture on the second play through. One that could only be taken right after a boss battle, so there was no way to get it after that. :( I was so pissed!

To date, I would have to say the N64 if only because OOT was on that system. In terms of potential, the GameCube is clearly the system with the power to render the best Zelda experience to date, but so far, we have not seen it. I think the new Zelda game will be the best in the series when it is released.

I really think it should be the Shield with the Sword through the Z. That is the official Zelda LOGO and unlike the look of Link, it doesn't really change from game to game. If I have some time, I will try and find a high res version of the logo and make up a graphic. I am a professional graphic designer and use Photoshop daily in my job.
