I disagree, the map size is just right. It's good that it's not huge. The whole idea is that we will specialize our cities and then interact with out specialized cities...
Instead of a big city with several different "neighborhoods" then you have smaller cities in a region.
The game is still in a working process, and even though we had some bad times with it, it's better to get it now then to wait even longer.
Let them fix the bugs and all the different issues, and the game will be perfect, it's super engaging and interesting, and the whole resources layer that has been to the game is cool.
I liked the game, I liked it a lot. I dare to say that it's the best Simcity yet!
