Personally I wish you could turn Kill Cam completely off, and the slow mo of Focus too. More often than not it just keeps me from getting a quick bead on the next target, and going in and out of the cinematic and the slow mo seems to make going in and out of scope view hitchy at times. It's mostly just a problem in the challenge maps where every second counts lining up shots.

Right the reviewers are idiots because they believe that it isn't easy it isn't fun & really you can't Run & Gun with a Sniper Rifle they need talk to a sharp shooter before they start reviewing shooters Matt1836
That would be Scharfschütze. LOL Seriously though, the game certainly has it's fun and challenging moments, but there's also some issues with hitching, finicky scope zooming, textures disappearing when you come in contact with them, and the AI is very bizarre. They can spot you easily when in line of sight, yet cannot understand one of their snipers firing at you means enemy present. They can hear the faintest of sounds from rocks you throw and will immediately go investigate, but fire your weapon from a concealed position and they're often clueless as to where the sound is coming from. I've had one walk by as I crouched behind a low wall whom didn't move a muscle, yet yelled as if he'd seen me. The awareness indicator turned red briefly as he did nothing. The guy in the next room decided he'd be the one to look for someone. I've also seen a guy's buddy go to a wall and stare into it after I shot his friend dead with the Welrod. This AI are utterly horrible at investigating, and despite the Skyrim joke, they also have a timed cooldown even after seeing their buddies lying dead, it just takes a bit longer. The main place the campaign shines is the stalking and escaping from sniper teams at the Russian command post and Kreuzberg HQ, but make no mistake, this is more of a cinematic arcade shooter than a serious tactical sniper game. The cover system for one isn't good enough to really do serious sniping.

Hard to determine how to advise you since you didn't say whether you're using KB/M or gamepad. With KB/M it's as follows:

If you're talking about the part where you have to electify the batarang to blow the fuse box, all you need do is let the batarang fly into the arcing electricity, then make a U-Turn with it (LMB+RMB) and steer it all the way around to it.

Other than that, you open the gate to get to the elevator via either tossing the batarang through the whole in the fence by the left fence door, or up over the area where Penguin stood, then arc it left down the stairs. Mouse movement steers it.

Don't forget to brake the batarang where needed when making tight turns and/or zeroing in on a target (RMB).

It's deceiving, it can appear like the dragons are all good with you, but as mentioned they respawn more after killing the bad one than they did before.

Did you even go into the Magica menu and unlock the shout first, or just come here and whine? Just asking, because often times triple posters that use extreme angst based exaggerations do very bone headed things while playing, like get mad instead of getting busy figuring it out that it was something they overlooked themselves.

LOL, it made me think of the Judas Priest song by the same name too. One of the best hard rock bands of all time.

Only thing I can figure is they for some reason decided to glom onto similarly used titles such as Blood Diamond, but with their own twist. It vaguely makes sense because crooked little Nicole whom is in the jewelry biz was willing to do business with dangerous people to bolster her lavish life**** If you noticed the intro has Bond's victims shattering into diamonds as he shoots them.

I replaced a friend's case on a build of his that was running too hot with the Azza Solano 1000. VERY nice case and I would easily recommend it over a HAF at the price it's going for now on Newegg ($80). It not only cools as well as a HAF 932, IMO it's better suited for custom filters.

I placed pieces of black tent netting between the metal mesh and plastic frames of the bay covers (which snap apart easily) in front of the two 140mm fans, and a big round piece over the side fan grill under-lapping the side panel at it's edge, and both can barely be seen. I also placed the netting under the PSU securing most of it with the feet which I removed and reattached, and electrical taped the rest. The filters are very easy for my friend, whom had a stroke, to clean, and the inside of his case looks dust free after several months of use.

I actually considered the HAF, but I don't like that pantyhose are about the only way to make filters for it, which are delicate and can get trashed easy. You also have two layers of hose since you have to wrap it around like a tube sock, which blocks more air, and only one layer traps the dust. Tent netting if you buy the black bonded kind is tough, has a slick surface and holds up well. It can also be bought cheap at any place that sells outdoor fabrics, such as Seattle Fabrics. I bought a piece for $150 yrs ago, have modded two cases, and have lots left still.
