London - purely because it's where I live and would be awesome to see in a video game like GTA.

Berlin - the architecture there is so beautiful and the run down areas bode well with a GTA title, although some might say not the wisest of choices given its turbulent history.

Perhaps this is a little unhelpful, but should kids really be getting adult rated games? I don't much agree with censorship, so I would leave it up to your parents. I had the same problems when I was 11/2/3 or however old you are.

Hopefully they paid him a LOT of money to not speak, because, there's nothing that the geek crowd would like more than confirming these rumors.

The way this is going it's not economically viable to have fired Jeff anyway. Lots of people are leaving the site, both with paid and free subscription. The less people are here the less advertisers will pay for advertising space as less people will see it. Not to mention the problems that must we going on at Eidos. Because alot of people who would have been purchasing games from them, are now boycotting their products.

It's getting to a point where Gamespot must either confess, or re-instate Jeff, or in the next 8 months Gamespot will die. Slowly and painfully.

No way Jeff's coming back. Even if they did offer him the job back, I can't imagine he'll wanna work here as long as the same people are running the show. Whatever the full reason for the firing is, there was obviously some kind of conflict of interest behind it, and the way in which this thing played out, it seems apparent that this firing was a one way ticket. There's no going back now.

I agree, unless the management changes he wouldn't want to come back. Why work with the people that stabbed you in the back?

[QUOTE="Flexiable"]Congrats to those staff, albeit ex-staff who have the courage to speak up about this. Let CNET be forever shamed for their nazi ways.M1X

Thats down right BS... Don't even try to make jokes about that...

Sorry but what am I making jokes about? The nazis got rid of opposing media, compromised the media, to reflect their opinions. In other words propaganda, I see no difference here, so stop speaking out of your you know what.

A lot of companys fire people for messing up and dont leave comments to the public. Sure jeff has curious many fans (including me). The mods are locking the threads not Cnet. And theyre locking them because of spam. Not to silence people...

The differce between nazis and cnet is huge. Its like saying Christianity is the same as Islam because of prayer. Nazis killed millions of people... Thats the difference, so stop speaking out of your you know what.

I have actually studied the Nazis in alot of depth, and I don't walk around saying what they did was good or try to generalise it. But what seems to have happened here IS a modern example of their method of media censorship.

Has no one taken the blogs from Carrie and Rich as pretty much literal evidence. You can infer from it blatently.

I often just run around, and the combat system doesn't seem to be getting alot harder. Once you know your counter attacks then it's easy to take on whole crowds of soldiers/guards and kill them all.

However, it's still one of the best games i've played this year.
