100% with you there. I think their Korean albums have too much filler, their first s/t Japanese album was f*cking awesome though

Haha the worst are the typical SM Filler ballads. Yeah their first Japanese album was amazing.

[QUOTE="Stesilaus"]

Would China rather North Korea capitulated to South Korea?

Would they be happier with a US client state right on their border?

:?

Wikileaks says that China supports unification for the two koreas eventually, but not immediate unification.

Doesn't surprise me, most countries in the region do. Japan has stated it wants reunification too - as long as the South governs while the North industrialises.

Its really simple. There are generally 4 countries to that are considered cultural super powers - USA, UK, India and Japan (though South Korea is believed to have a potential to be a fifth with their entertainment boom). Of those countries, the most widespread language is obviously English. So of course they'd be the most popular. Bands from some of the most important cultural exporters using the world's current lingua franca = success.

[QUOTE="Fire_Emblem_RD"]Soda is like soft drink right? Like Pepsi or Coke or something like that.StaticKornSlipX
yup, Soda can be called a Soft Drink, pop, soda pop, cola, etc. Where I live, everything is called Coke :lol:

Oh okay. I know Soda is a really American word but I never actually knew what the word's meaning was, but if it's the same as soft drink I get it.

Okay so Soda (soft drink) then. Coffee is too bitter for me.

[QUOTE="Fire_Emblem_RD"]I just turned recently turned 18 :D2ndWonder
Congrats :D

Sadly I don't remember much of it. In Australia the drinking age is 18, so lots of 18th birthday parties are absolute nightmares. I didn't want one, but I guess you don't have a say in surprise birthday parties.
