The big boys (Sony & MS) are upset because they aren't allowed to job EVERY one of their customers?

The claims of losing out on revenue are as inane and silly as this scenario:

An artist is commissioned to paint a masterpiece and is paid one million dollars for doing so. Imagine the derision that artist would receive upon demanding a percentage every time the painting changed hands from one collection or art gallery to another.

Shame on MS, Sony, et al who promulgate this sort of chicanery...
