@kindlewithcare @TTB1 This pretty much. Leveling up a weapon is the best way to deal increased damage. Stats are more for thresholds like stat requirements on spells/weapons/powerstance/etc.
@jethomas Yes but sharing is human nature and just a fact of life. Anyone who tries to sell any product has to learn to accept that fact. Video games are no exception.
@Eraldus @jsmoke03 I like my games hella 'hardcore' and I too hate potion spamfests. Just isn't fun. It just makes it feel like I'd never win without hoarding a bazillion potions and spamming them. It just feels like I'm not playing the game I'm just mashing and spamming potions whenever I get hurt.
When it comes to action I prefer the philosophy Dark Souls/old school Metroidvania games followed. You -can- beat the boss without taking a single hit, but only if you're constantly on top of things. Dark Souls also enforces big restrictions on your heal item that makes it more challenging.
As for DA, I'd prefer that items are a quick-fix solution to bad situations. Good party tactics and composition should always take precedence over making sure you have 99 of everything.
@wicked_laugh The problem is that, unless Inquisition is like -immediately- after DA2 the Grey Warden & Alistair should both have died of natural causes (Grey Wardens have dramatically short lifespans).
@JustPlainLucas I'd be more worried about a community where people cannot speak their minds, but I do wish some people would realize how misguided their minds are.
