@toophat2014: If your components are hitting there near peak temps and your hardware is throttling then that a MUCH bigger problem than anything else and you should fix that ASAP. HOWEVER, if your hardware is not throttling then its not a hardware or heat problem. This is simple due to poor optimization problems.

@Scarshi: a 980TI has NEVER been a thousand bucks, you're thinking about a Titan. A 980TI is about 600-650
