I have no qualms about comparing multi platform titles. As it is beneficial to owners of both consoles to know which version of the title will provide the better experience. Some times the two are very close (e.g. COD 6, burnout paradise), many times the 360 version is superior (e.g. bayonetta, assassins creed) and on a occasion the ps3 version wins out (e.g. dragon age, saboteur). Seldom with the multi platform titles do you see the developer wring all the potencial out of the console. Exclusive titles I think give a better indication of what a console is capable of. Right now some of the best looking console games right now reside on the ps3. This is largely thanks to 1st and 2nd party developers learning how to take advantage of the spu's not just for AI and physics but acting as a ancillary gpu as well.

so dealing with developers, there are just different classes as multiplats then you have exclusives. each serving their own purpose. so how can you measure which system is considered the "best" when comparing?
ok that was going to be my next question was the green light on the brick way to stay ahead of the game haha. no on to codes, what im going to tell you to do is give me the error code that the 360 is having an issue with. first hold down the wireless button then hit the eject button four times. now every time you hit the ejection button you need to write down the number of red lights that come with each sequence. such as 4 3 2 1. then give me the code so i can help you more
Don't mean to ask you annoying questions, but I'm confused about this one. It had RROD twice before (well, once I guess, because the first replacement came with a letter saying they replaced it for faster service), so I've definitely seen what happens with that issue. It is different this time however. It shows the three red lights, but it is like the system just refuses to even try to start up. NOTHING happens inside the console other than the lights turning on. Thank God I ejected the game instantly when the lights appeared, because now the disc tray will not even eject. KSU-Wildcat
not annoying questions if you knew it you wouldnt be asking am i right haha. well i guess lets start figuring it out. does it go straight to red lights with out doing the green circle? make sure you unplug everything plug it back in. keep your hard drive disconnected to make sure no files get corrupted, make sure your system is completely off before removing the hard drive.
I have fixed close to 15 360s and have to say that its really up to you, if you have a friend that does it ask them to do it, if you want to learn its a peice of cake just gotta read up, if you want to sell check prices on ebay and see how much you can get out of it, i usually buy broken 360s off of ebay fix them then sell them to people who want a deal to where i still make some money. if i was you i would diagnose it and look at your possibilites to fixing if not sell on ebay.
