@sleepnsurf Super not the problem. I've never played FIFA in my life and this still happened. The issue has nothing to do with FIFA - that's just the end destination for this specific batch of hackers.

My account got hacked with this exact problem (FIFA? Really?) a couple weeks ago. Luckily, I don't keep my credit card on file with Microsoft (Specifically for this reason) so all they got was the 1000MSP I had remaining from a 1600MSP card. Talked to an agent and they refunded the full 1600MSP - much to my surprise, as I told the agent I'd already spent 600MSP myself on a game. I got off easy, but I can't imagine what I would have had to go through if I had my credit card on file.
