@ballashotcaller: According to this, (http://www.gamespot.com/articles/all-of-the-nintendo-switch-launch-games-confirmed-/1100-6446924/) there are only 13 games scheduled to come out for this console before the holiday season. Where is this list of "steady stream of big exclusives" you talk about because I must be missing something?
All of these games were bad but at least they weren't full price $60 titles. How can a worst of 2016 list not contain the worst rated game in the history of Steam that also did cost $60? No Man's Sky is the worst game of 2016 and probably one of the worst in the history of gaming.
This is where we are? People calling for somebody to lose their job and their means for supporting their families because of the political party that they affiliate themselves with? PC police and SJWs won't rest until everyone is exactly the same. Sounds like a great place to live in.
@heydink: do you also own a computer? Maybe you got one for $500? Computer + PS4 Pro = $900. No backwards compatibility, no upgrading or tweaking, no mods?? That's just scratching the surface of the difference. Now compare a Steam sale versus any sale on console games. It's not even an argument which is better.
CoD4 was an amazing game and one of my favorite all time. But it did bring to the forefront the possibility for companies to make more money on their games by selling DLC and look what that has now grown into. If they get away with packaging a remastered CoD4 onto this new game, then we are all saying to other devs that it is okay for them to do the same thing. Just get ready for all your nostalgia to come at a much greater price.
