It's a bit late for me too, but happy birthday man. Another year closer to legally harrassing random pedestrians. :P

I still pick up the PS2 controller and play now and then. The Time Splitters series has always been a favorite as well as Star Wars Battlefront. Now that I think about it there are a ton of games I miss from the PS2 o.o

I actually tend to love the FPS games, simply because I like the way I play and it works well for me. Like in COD games. Haul @ss on the Path of Least Suspicion. :P

The wife and I are interested in Far Cry 3, although she's still speculating on it because she normally doesn't like FPS but I personally would love to play it. It would be a pleasant distraction.

Oh we also picked up Family Guy: Back To The Multiverse and I gotta say that the scripted text is pretty amusing in many cases. :P

*Shouhi pounces on Gin and puffs of darkness start flying like dust bunnies*

*Ebbon ignores the chaos* I don't think I need to translate that. :| So how about this crazy weather? :D

I wasn't expecting this either. It makes a whole lot of sense considering Zangetsu really ever was the one Ichigo had to fight, but rather the Hollow. This also explains why Ichigo has never had much of any abilities granted by his Zanpakuto other than major physical ability and both versions of his Getsuga Tensho.

I wonder if this means that he was originally intending to kill Ichigo when he was training with Yoruichi to obtain his Bankai.

I also wonder if the real Bach can kill or cripple disobedient/traitorous or unuseful Quincy in some shape or form, or if he can take their powers away in a manner similar to Kugo Ginjo's Fullbring of giving and taking away power. Then again he probably would have done either when Ichigo attacked him, so perhaps not, or perhaps he can weaken them? o.O

Plus what would happen when Bach dies? Or would it be a case of Spiderman and the Kingpin?

Children? What children? There were supposed to be children here?

*Mumbles and prods Shouhi* Spit them out...

*Shouhi shakes its head* ...

I said spit them out...

...

*Throws a bag of cookies across the way* Fetch!

*Shouhi spits the children (and their chaperone) out and chases the bag*

Phew...

[QUOTE="Ebbon_Valentia"]Let me just say this...Job-hunting and German language/grammar are a pain.Prinze

I 100% agree with the job hunting part; I can't speak (pun intended) on the latter since I'm not motivated to be bi-lingual.

Here in Germany it'll be tougher with me still improving my German, but it has gotten better since I moved here. Hopefully the bilingual will help too lols. European keyboards keep screwing with me though. Mostly because y and z are switched as well as some of the symbols.

@RF: Hehehe nice. I can NEVER find places like those no matter where I happen to live and search. :(

I happened to scroll through this and didn't see it answered or Azaru get any ideas.

There is something I don't get about isshin's powers. We have seen him do a getsuga tensho (something like that) the same with ichigo, but then we have seen him having a flaming zanpakuto in its shinkai mode. How are these two related? Kinda reminds me the case of Shunsui where he used wind attacks but it turned out his zanpakuto was something totally different...any ideas?Azaru32

I think this easily follows Isshin's comment about all -Getsu Zanpakutos - They're like a family and have their techniques and secrets. I suppose you could say the Getsuga Tensho is the family technique for most of them. That aside each -Getsu can probably have whatever personal/special abilities and techniques it wants. Isshin's Engetsu ("Scathing Moon"; explains the fire) emits flames as its own personal ability. He can also feed his blood into Engetsu to release a wave of fire to incinerate enemies.

I can only suggest that the more damage Isshin takes the more powerful his attacks can be, which might be part of the price for Engetsu's secret technique(s). This could be why Aizen said that Isshin's Bankai would be too taxing to use when he's heavily-damaged; it probably pushes him to or over his limits and within an inch of his life.

It could be assumed that even Aizen has one, simply because using the technique only involves gathering energy into the Zanpakuto. However at the same time Aizen may not bother using it since he relied on his illusions and didn't need such an attack.

Shunsui's Zanpakuto isn't a -Getsu Zanpakuto, for starters. It also isn't just child games, but also war games - tactics and advantages. Firstly Shunsui is playing on knowledge he knows and the enemy can't know (Even Aizen; I assume so because Stark had to figure out the color ability even though it didn't take long). With the current listed abilities Shunsui's Zanpakuto also for controlling flow of battle.

The spinning top ability simply is whichever opponent has the higher ground will have the advantage and likely deal more damage. The shadow technique is fear and subterfuge; the opponent now has to watch where they step because an attack can come out of any patch of darkness (besides a given enemy's own shadow). That gives them less space to move around in. Lastly the color ability could be the weak points (and figuratively an opponent's pride). The more of any color someone wears the more damage they're going to take when it's called so they're far more vulnerable.

Fundemental principles of battle presented as children's games (I believe Raim described the games for us a while back). I also hope that helps. :D

Also Komamura's great grandfather looks a lot like Yamamoto.

Well considering I'm still working on my German we bought a couple books from Judge and Defense Devil. I started on Defense Devil and still not sure what to make of it.
