Halo Anniversary's multiplayer was tied to Reach, wasn't it? Does that mean the version included in the collection will have updated graphics in SP, but MP will be 2001 graphics at 1080/60FPS?

What about Halo 2? Single-player features upgraded assets, but multi-player is 2004 graphics at 1080/60?

My wallet won, for now.

I was expecting this year's E3 to convince me to purchase an XBOX One and Playstation 4, but the lack of first party titles I must play as soon as they're released only supported my decision to upgrade my PC earlier this year.

Halo Collection looks nice, but not a system seller. Sunset Overdrive looks repetitive, Quantum Break will probably find its way to PC sooner or later, Crackdown is a 2016 game, likewise Gears of war 4, Platinum Games' Scalebound is probably late 2015, and so is Halo: Guardians.

Uncharted: A Thief's End is probably late 2015, DriveClub looks nice but not a system seller in my eyes, and The Order: 1886 looks beautiful, but the emphasis on QTEs is a turn-off.

I was hoping for a reason to purchase one console this fall, and another next spring/summer, but since most games I'm interested in will also launch on PC, all I need is a decent gamepad and I'm set.

I'll probably buy the consoles late 2015-early 2016, for less money and with new first party titles, and old ones for cheap.

I've been wondering the same thing.

I know Halo 2 is a remake, but what about Halo: CE? It's the anniversary edition, which is an updated version with better graphics, but what about multiplayer? Will it feature better textures and effects, or is it 2001 graphics but at 1080/60FPS?

Likewise Halo 2's multiplayer, I know the single-player received a serious facelift, but what about multiplayer? Same 2004 graphics at 1080/60FPS, or did it receive a facelift as well?

Blade is fun, Blade 2 is fun, Blade: Trinity can suck a fat one.

Their take on Dracula was neat, making him an ancient Sumerian warlord, problem is, he looks like a backup dancer for J-Lo or some other shitty pop singer.

Not a prediction, but a wish: Gears of War Trilogy in 1080/60fps, Halo 3-4 in 1080/60fps.

The same person who leaked Halo 5's 2015 release date also said Halo 2 Anniversary is due out later in the year along with ports of Halo 3 and 4.

He was right about Halo 5 and a ton of other things, he's considered a reliable source so I'm hoping he's not wrong about the ports.

He never said a thing about Gears of War Trilogy HD, but did mention he left out many of MS's E3 announcements.

With Gears of War 4 only a little over 3 months into development and a projected release date of 2016, it would make sense, in my opinion, to re-release previous games in 1080p and 60fps, or at the very least 1080p to quench people's thirst for chainsawing their fellow man.

If both those things happen, I'll definitely buy the console sooner rather than later. Otherwise I'll wait until a Halo 5 bundle is made available.

I didn't like TASM 1-2, there was nothing amazing about them except some of the CGI.

CA:TWS however, was a lot more enjoyable than I thought it would be, and I felt the same way about First Avenger.

I was never a fan of Captain America until these movies, nor did I think highly of Chris Evans' acting skills, but his run as CA, and his performance in Puncture convinced me otherwise.

I'm late to the party but yes, hitboxes are atrocious.

In my game I was 2-3 hits away from victory over my foe when he instakilled me through a solid, unbreakable object, not only did his weapon go through it, it connected with me when there was plenty of room between my character and his weapon.

Just...just...bullshit.

Tried it, it's a run-of-the-mill shooter, nothing appealing about it at all, and the lag was unbearable.

^I'm sure there are quite a few people who wouldn't mind that.

As for this "curse", LOL, I'm sure if someone stubs his toe near the pipe, someone will claim it's the curse's fault.
