@oflow @warriors30 @Apofis_SG-1 Baseball can be fun to play, but sorry, it definitely holds 2nd place in my 'most boring sports to watch' category (a resounding 1st goes to curling). The only time I ever watch baseball is when I'm having lunch at the bar and it's on the TV there.

@kidflash2000 @ESPM400 No offense intended, but that's the wrong way to do a review. Going into the review process with the preconceived notion of a numerical 'score' biases the review. In the past when I've written them, I'd always play through the game (or enough of it to develop an informed opinion), taking mental and/or written notes along the way, then I'd write the review. After all of that was done, that's when I'd give it a score based on my overall opinion of the complete game.

@croxus I've never understood how people can stand playing RTS games on a console. I think the last one I even tried was Supreme Commander 2 on the 360, but that didn't last too long.

@kidflash2000 Just because a game doesn't have any specific flaws that are deep enough to point a finger at, doesn't necessarily mean it's a perfect game. Conversely, a game may score higher and have something glaring that other aspects of the game make up for. A review score is a number assigned to a subjective opinion, not an absolute measure of the game.

@pongley @ESPM400 I know LH2 is liquid hydrogen. RP-1 has been common since the '50's. IIRC, it was used in both the Apollo and USSR's N-1 missions, not to mention the much newer Space X project.

RP-2 was a bit of a screw up by me, as it was not really ever popular. Just a lower sulfur version of RP-1 that never really caught on. My bad. Case of the fingers getting ahead of the brain (and only a five minute span to edit your post)...

@broncosfan I did read the whole comment. In your first sentence you said, "Rockets used for launch beyond our atmosphere do not use oil." That was what I was referring to.

In my comment above I mentioned that LH2 is one of the most common liquid fuels used today as well, so yes, I'm familiar with LH2, and any other number of other non-hydrocarbon fuels like Hydrazine, Lithium, MMH, etc.

@broncosfan @Code135 What the hell are you talking about? As I mentioned above, two of the most common liquid fuels are RP-1 and RP-2, which are essentially kerosene, which is hydrocarbon (fossil fuel).

@pongley @Code135 Actually, liquid bi-propellant is far more common than solid fuel. The most common would probably be LH2 or RP-1/2 and LOX (IIRC). As for your other comment about 'boosters' being short for 'solid rocket boosters,' if you look you'll find that liquid boosters are used quite a lot as well, especially with current and up-coming designs. The Soyuz, Delta IV Heavy, Falcon Heavy, and the original plan for the SLS (if I'm not mistaken, they originally planned to use a fuel cross-feed system similar to that of the Falcon Heavy, but scrapped it due to the increased complexity) all incorporated liquid boosters.
