My 80 gig biggie is still going strong, if it dies then yea I'll be getting the new slim shady option for sure

You're better off just getting another refurbished fat if that happens...I mean the backward capatibility makes it a rarity. My latest blog on here may be of some help with having a proactive plan in place.
Well, I just recently got a refurbished fat model from Sony since my original one got the YLOD. Since I didn't like going almost a month with no PS3, I decided that I wanted to get a back up Slim model just in case it ever happens again (I'm paranoid now since it is refurbished). Also, I thought it would be nice to have another model to exclusively put all my downloads on. So of course when I heard about this new 500 GB model for the same price, I thought it was perfect timing. That's basically the plan...keep on playing my fat and buy the new model to play over my folks house when I visit on Sundays. :)

Yeah I read this too! Man, WTH TNA?! First Matt Morgan, then the Beautiful People, now this?! Its just as much about signing the talent as it is keeping them!
I have this issue with the PS Minis that I get for free from PS+. Even after I renew my PS+ membership, these minis are still set to the original expiration date at the time of their download. And when they expire, the only way to get them to work again is to re-download them all...which can be timely. I hit triangle and the update option before and after their expiration but it doesn't work.
How do I either update the minis to reflect the current expiration date or renew them once they expire without having to re-download them all?
