The Wii used to be called the REVOLUTION. The Wii was supposed to be a revolution. It was supposed to change the way we would play games. The Wii was hyped to change gaming and now 2 years later all we have is Wii Music and Wii Fit and0 the same old Nintendo franchises as before with added (and often times optional) waggle control.
Considering what the Wii was supposed to be in the first place, I'd say it's a complete failure. Except for Nintendo's bank account of course.
Seriously I wouldn't get all pissy if someone copied my work. I'd be perfectly ok with it. Too bad game developers are not like me. Otherwise we wouldn't see any of this copyright bullcrap. Copying ideas is not stealing. How petty to even call it that. Greed and money all play apart in it, if developers where less greedy they wouldn't care about such things as some random person making a level on a casual level editor that just so happens to be similer their work. About 95% of most movies, games and music are inspired by some other form of media before it.
There's inspired and then there's copying.
Sony is a music/movie companie just as much as a videogame one. They won't mess around with copyright laws.
Look at all the lemmings in this thread screaming bloody murder and asking GS to lower LBP's score and acting like they were going to buy the game and now they're not to.
