Crytek acquired Free Radical, who developed TimeSplitters. So... why is Crytek sitting on the original developers of TimeSplitters, when they could remake TimeSplitters into a F2P game, since Crytek is so focused on that model (according to their own statements)
Instead they have Free Radical develop MP maps for a game no one plays online anymore (hint... It starts with C)
He's not right. Because you don't go to the movies and buy a movie. You buy an admission to see it. You don't own it, therefore there cannot be a market for it. You can go and buy a car, an iPhone, a rifle, a cd, a dvd the same day it comes out, and you can have a second hand market instantly.. You're comparing apples to oranges, and so is Chris. He's basically defending MS used game policy here.
I played a lot of WL when I was a teen. It was great, and the controls were weird at first, but felt so good after you get used to them. I consider it one of the top Fighting games of all time right up there with SC2, SFII, SFIII, SNK vs Capcom, KI, Tekken etc.
For those who grew up in the time of MK2, Killer Instinct, and SF2T, and WeaponLord, know that how good this game was, especially with friends.
CRYTEK: "Hey everyone, we have a major announcement. We're going back to the roots. We listened to the fans and we will go back to what made Crysis great!
Anytime someone has to tolerate you, it is self evident of their mentality. I am not sticking around anyone that has to tolerate me, as a consumer. The comparison was purely provocative to make you aware of their intentions.
