@Darnasian @Acid_Kenobi

It is developers not understanding how to use the WiiU.

It has a different infrastructure. The issue lies in developers having to work out how to use the system to its fullest. However, the developers of this game stated that they never intended on improving the game graphically, from the beginning of the porting process they said that the only changes they are focusing on is gameplay.

You can't expect a port to be a massive jump visually, especially if the developers don't put the effort into it. You can expect developers to become much more accustomed to the console and improve in that way as the system progresses. The fact that developers don't fully understand how to use the power behind the system is why ports may suffer from glitches and issues at points.

Playing (original) Xbox games on a 360 can cause the games to suffer graphical issues, this may be a similar problem, as the game was not built with the system in mind. Just wait for developers who are actually making games FOR the system to make use of its power.

Remember, we've been assured that Aliens: Colonial Marines will look its best on the WiiU according to developers. That it still just a port, but they're making use of it as much as they can. Things will improve as time goes on.

People these days...

"Mario has been the same game for years, they never change anything."

Maybe your argument would be valid if you'd have actually played any of these games in the last 10 years. Otherwise, don't even bother complaining like your comments mean anything to anyone.

I am sure that if this was hyper-realistic with absolutely no gameplay changes, you'd be all over how big of a difference it is. As long as Nintendo keeps the same art style for Mario you'll be ignorantly convinced that nothing has changed.

Whether you're judging a book by its cover or a game by it's graphics, there is very little difference between the brain power required. Don't insult your own intelligence.

So very tempting...

Decision to either go the day after I finish my HSC exams entirely (typically... I chose to do VA, which is last of all exams, which is on the 8th) to celebrate or wait 20 or so days until my pre-order arrives through delivery.

Choices, choices, choices... If I wasn't already sold on it (or if it wasn't sold to me), I would probably go no matter what.

I never mentioned one product... I mentioned companies which are customers of Foxconn. Yes, there are some companies which use different locations... and yes Foxconn Mexico has had different allegations placed against it. Also, Foxconn India does not have the best track record either, a little research would show that.

I just used sarcasm/irony to lighten the tone of my post. You just throw around insults about me being an ignoramus, yet I am not the one who is ignorantly making snide comments against a company or their products.

I've played Wii online with little to no issues. The only game I have had an issue with connecting to is Brawl... everything else seems to run with no problem. Anyway, the WiiU is going to have a much more solid infrastructure than the Wii... by a longshot.

I'm sure they will. :)

There have been quite a few developers who have said that the online infrastructure is quite good.

No, they said that they don't see themselves taking Zelda back to a traditional set up of just buttons. There is plenty they could do with the gamepad, etc.

Also, don't be an idiot and wail your arms around... most games work better with precision rather than force. I have sat down and played Skyward Sword for hours without being tired. You know why? Because I was palying it properly.

And here I thought everyone had some morals and weren't robots who had no emotion or feeling. How could anyone hurt a child, or bare to see them sad? I don't get it.
