I don't believe it. I feel like if they did this on their own terms it would be a bad look for them from WB and if anything there were told from WB to do this to generate fan interest to release the cut.
I don't know what else anyone would expect him to say. I would not be surprised if the developers are worried about their future once they saw how this game was announced with a darker tone like the older games were. Blizzard knows people love the older diablo games, and turning this game into a service will get people to switch over to diablo iv, especially if they had their fill of POE after so many years and want to invest their time into something new.
@sakaixx: And this is why I love pc gaming. All their games are coming to it and I have a ps4 (and switch) for their awesome exclusives. I have no interesting owning a 3rd major gaming console.
@santinegrete: I’m not basing my purchase on what could happen in the future, but in what they have proven now, and Xbox had since early 2000s to prove themselves. Sony has absolutely been killing it with exclusives since the ps2 days and is coming out with almost all great exclusives the past few years . I’m not gonna wait 5 years from now to maybe buy the next Xbox over ps5 because they might have good or better games over Sony. Plus I just remembered that their games will also come to pc so at most I’ll be getting Xbox game pass for it to enjoy those games.
Minus the exclusive games I 100 percent love what microsoft is doing compared to sony. If sony didn't have such awesome games I would get the next xbox and a gamepass every year in a heartbeat. But I don't need 2 gaming consoles that designed to play the same kinds of games.
@tsunami2311: I doubt that would be a the launch price of a ps5/next xbox but even so it's not like you need to get a new console right away and can wait a few years for the price to drop.
Not a fan of Milla and her being in any movie tells me that it's bad. She's big because she's married Paul Anderson and is automatically the star of the movies he directed. Did she even need to audition to be in this movie?
@Xylymphydyte: Agreed. PSN plus was pretty good when it was optional to pay for, but after it was required it's like they stopped trying some years down after that. They still won't give out The order 1886 and i've been holding out with those cheap 5 dollar sales because I figured it would be given out someday on plus. Gamepass is fantastic on xbox and pc, and paying 10 dollars to access Metro Exodus and void bastards on pc is pretty incredible because they are new games. The only issue I have with microsoft is they for me don't have any compelling exclusives to justify owning one except Forza horizons, and even if they did I'd probably play on pc anyways. Sony has been killing it for a long time with exclusives and I feel like they are still behind with microsoft in terms of everything else except ps4 sales.
If gamespot has to mention what the show is about in the headline, then it was probably never that popular to begin with. I've never seen anyone talk about it like Stranger things, but that doesn't mean this show wasn't good. The premise of a comedy show based on cannibalism seemed kind of creepy and kept me from checking it out.
