These processors are not meant for normal consumer use. It's aimed at professionals who have the money for them.
ie. It's not designed to replace socket 1155 and standard Sandybridge. It's a supplement to it. Intel still expect most people to continue buying 2500k's and anyone complaining about the price:performance ratio simply doesn't understand this.

I always say this but on Gamespot most people that unless you are a gamer nobody else has use for the extra power :/
Everything went perfect but it said Checksum Bad Error when it rebooted and i defaulted the bios settings and then it booted up just fine. Computer works and CPU-Z tells me i have the latest bios version. But when booting up i think i can see bad checksum still but it loads too quickly. Is it nothing to worry about?
What motherboard do you have? I would suggest updating to the latest BIOS version availble form the manufacturers support site. Also I would make sure the graphics card is inserted into the PCI-E slot that is mentioned in the instruction manual, people often go wrong here thinking that any slot will work fine!
