I played the game for about 3 hours yesterday. This feels like a hit piece. It's not a ground breaking game by any means but so far I feel like it deserves at least an 8.

Need to check metacritic.

You messed up from the start. Ps4 pro uses an APU not a stand alone gpu and cpu. Also the memory is shared. Any comparison you do with the rig they built is invalid.

@Orgodemir: Point blank, you shouldn't. MS doesn't care about hardware sells anymore, they are moving more towards a service provider. In fact buy the exclusive for PC so that they make good sells and MS will continue to do it.

@smokerob79: Can't speak for SLI because Nvida seems to be running from it. But AMD has been really good with getting the Crossfire profiles out at least 2 weeks after release. Have you used Crossfire lately or are you just talking?

It won't be more than $500. PC gamers aren't going to by it for obvious reason and MS and Sony fanboys don't have that type of money. two RX 480 gets you 11TFlops with about 80% of that power carrying over to the games (so 8.8 TFlops), that's only $400 for anyone who already has a PC and the price will be cheaper by the time the new Xbox comes out. Unless the Azure cloud is going to support every game made for it they are smoking crack.

@allever: Actually if you have been paying attention to anything MS has been saying as a whole, its all been about providing services instead of products and allowing those services to work across all MS platforms. This started when the new CEO took over and was the main reason why Windows 10 was offered as a free update. It's also what they will be using to push their new line of phones now that the surface has finally taken off. Xbox could be crushing PS4 and they would still be doing the same thing. Xbox accounts for like 10% of their business so it has almost no say in what MS decides to do.

@runstalker: Microsoft wants everyone one on Windows 10. Windows 7 support will be ending in a few years and they make no money if you play on Mac or Linux. The upgrade for windows 10 is already free and along with the enhanced security feature and free bitlocker encryption there is no reason not to switch. And lets be real honest, hardware sells are nice but both MS and Sony make their money off of software or game sells. MS has a huge install base that they have basically been ignoring for the past decade. Allow xbox games on PC will increase their sales and cross plat make is so no one is left out.

@Terminator95: Neo will be 4.19 TFLOPs Scorpio will have 6. Unless Sony scraps development and starts all over it will be.

Never played the game but its sad to see a guy throw away his dream because of haters. Doesn't matter how good you are at something someone will find fault in it and that's part of putting yourself out. As far as I'm concerned he got paid $100,000+ to make his game and it got a mostly positive review on steam, screw what anyone else has to say, that's impressive. Also I'm 99% sure its a better job than most of his critics could have done.
