I see it as Greedy. Ichigo just greedy for power which is why he getting these power ups.

Where is that coming from? He is fighting for the ones he loves, and the conflicting forces of his spirit are ensuring his survival. I must be missing the power hungry part of Ichigo Kurosaki. Would you careful to enlighten me?
The killer of Ulquiorra is tricky to give a defiant answer on. Yes it exhibited hollow powers and tactics, but it was fueled by the human Ichigo's consciousness instead of Ogihci's kill everything for the sake of killing. The form that killed Ulquiorra attacked Ishida because it saw him as a threat to protecting Orihime which it was attempting to do by eradicating Ulquiorra. I believe the form we saw to be an evolution in Vizard form though heavily flawed. It was the powers of a hollow fueled by the human/shinigami agenda presented by Ichigo. Ogihici seems to be more openly aggressive and protective of his host. Ogihci does not strike me as a being who would protect others so i believe it was Ichigo who brought forth the death of Ulquiorra through a hollow body.
Now if you would like to argue that Ogihci is part of Ichigo and not a separate entity then that is good too, but i consider them two separate beings inhabiting the same vessel.
