As a person who has owned and 100% both games... without an ounce of doubt in my mind I will go with Chrono Cross. You should have put some parameters down i.e. only vote if you've played both games. That way you won't get all the people who just played Kingdom Hearts blindly voting for that game. Just to reiterate... Chrono Cross all the way.
That is not true. Before Squaresoft and Nintendo had their falling out, they rendered some of the FFVI characters in 3D using the N64 graphical capabilities. There was never an intent to make a remake of their most recent FF at the time, it was just a small test to see what they could do with the next gen Nintendo system. Ultimately, the Big N and Square had their little problem together, Square went to Sony and FFVII was made. There are still some renders on the net if you want to see what the FFVI characters looked like using the N64.
It is entirely plausible that the 3 games per system is a plan of theirs. The real question is whether they will keep up with it because of the amount of spinoff and sequel titles they have in the works.

Bidding to be an officer eh? I voted For FFXIII. I love the turn based system, and hopefully the plot will deliver as well. Not voting for Versus XIII because I'm not entirely impressed by the Kingdom Hearts team. Their action based games get repetitive after a short while, so I prefer the turn base. Hopefully this FF will actually be difficult though and not just be a game where you can Level grind to be a god. Hope Square looks at Atlus on how to make a turn based RPG that has difficulty and strategy involved rather than high level being what decides whether one will get a victory or not.

Another reason this needs to be closed because very few people look at it from the characters' actual powers so it all comes down to a popularity contest. Sephiroth is not the most powerful person in the FF universe, lets look at all the games and be realistic. Closed.
Thats debatable and there are many polls that deal with the subject. Ultimately, it usually comes down to a popularity contest with Sephiroth usually winning.
I'll do my best at answering your questions but I'm no expert. In terms of placing Sigs/Tabs in your Signature, go into the "prefs" link next to your user name at the top of the screen. There are a few ways that the image can be hosted if you want to put your own in. I use Tiny Pic to host my sig/tab. Not to sure about your Banner question, maybe I just misread it, but ask one of the officer's that handles the art of the union. Should be able to ask either JAG_ROGUE or Crimsonshead16. I believe one's rank goes up the more active one is on the Gamespot boards and site in general. I, for example, prefer using my Gamefaqs account for message board use rather than my Gamespot name. I only use this name when doing my job as an officer here or posting in this board and occasionally a couple others. Because of this, my rank goes up slowly, but it still goes up. If one is very active, then the level and rank goes up much quicker. I believe all the Rank Titles are preset and there are no custom ones. In terms of emblems, one randomly gets those when they fulfill random requirements at Gamespot. They are relatively easy to get (if you even want them) once you know the requirements to get the emblem.
