As a fan of the series, i like many fans am disapointed in the look of the character. Main reason is simply that Dante has become like a video game icon (which is not easy to do), just the way Mario has become one, if you removed Marios overalls and red hat, would that make him more interesting or would you feel a little distant from the character??Im open to this new reboot, im just disapointed that the real Dante, never really had a proper send off... Part 4 was awful story, and just out dated game mechanics. Would have loved to see a DMC that gave a finale to Dante, where Trish, Lady, were playable characters, had to fight Mundus who some how was brought back to life, so the team goes to hell to bring back to life Sparda to lead a war against Mundus. GOOD THINGS: Glad they trying to make something new, dmc4 gameplay just felt outdated compared to other games out there. New team means new ideas, they did Enslaved and that was a nice storyBad: They made ninja gaiden 3, and that was not a good game..Lets hope they do him justice for the good of Dante, and his legacy in the industry.

This is a great game, because it pushed the limit of what we thought games were. This brought a gaming experience that we had never played until we played GTA3. It was a do anything go anywhere game that was never done before. Gaming toook a huge step forward with this game, ignore the whole controversy this game started,because this game pushed the industry forward. Games had become more than a standard beat um up game
