Me, I can't wait. The technology used in the Euphoria and the Digital Molecular Matter engines are amazing. Day one purchased, I mean who would not want to kill baddies using the force and the lightsaber in ways more immersive than ever?
The only thing that could have made this game sweeter was to make it a MAture title and include a dismemberment engine like Ninja Gaiden 2 or Dead Space........that would have been ultimate.
Not sure when but PROTOTYPE and Fable 2 definately.GinselfergUnfortunately Prototype has been delayed to April 2009. I was looking forward to it as welll, but I am sure the extra time should polish it up nicely.
you know braid is coming to PSN, right ? watch in a few weeks.hi381It appears to be published by Microsoft, so the answer is don't hold your breath.
are you incapable of trusting that the admins and mods have had extensive discussions regarding what is and isn't allowed here? this isn't just some moderation free for all that we're doing.CaseyWegnerUsing the word "trusting" on a the same site after the Gerstmangate fallout some 8 months ago and expecting regulars of this site to by it hook line and sinker is silly really.
Saying the words Trust on anything Gamespot related simply do not go together and ignoring this fact is not optional for those that follow this site and live in the real world. Then again maybe with this new rule, the mods do not think I have a valid point and either erase my post, ban me, or a combination of the two.
I see mods trying to continue to add to their "Manual to System Wars" "Please Read Before Posting" This "Manual" has gotten to a point that I do not no why anyone would even bother posting here anymore, I hardly do. Now you want to "try" to police whether someones point is valid or not.....haha. You know how ridonkiclious that sounds?System wars gets very busy and this means that often good worthwhile threads get lost in the shuffle.
In an attempt to combat this, moderators are going to become far more ruthless in locking threads which add no substantive value or discussion to the forum. In rare cases, those who repeatedly offend or make no effort to provide meaningful discussion with their threads, may be subject to a moderation for disruptive posting.
A rough guide to making better threads:
- Dont just link say what you think!
State (and preferably backup/explain) your opinion on your chosen discussion topic. This includes when posting news stories.
- Has someone else already posted this?
Check the first few pages to see if someone has already made the topic (or a similar one) to the one you were about to make.
- What is the point of my thread?
Am I just trying to annoy people?, am I just trying to boost my post count?, do I not believe what I am saying? If the answer is yes to any of these do not click the submit button.
Hopefully for the majority of you this will require no change to how you post and will just leave the board filled with many more worthwhile topics.
I will leave this open for questions untill you guys run out of them or I begin to lose the will to live. :)

Whether anyone associated with gamespot wants to admit it or not, System Wars is this sites "bread and butter" and whats odd is the powers that be, like to conitinue to alienate users of this space.
The First Amendment was no longer a valid point some years back in this forum......think about.
I do not write reviews much anymore, but after playing NG2 and being a veteran of the series, I feel NG2 is getting an unfair amount of criticism for its difficulty and camera. Hopefully my thoughts can help a few that still maybe on the fence about the game or have been scared away by reviews.
For those that hate it, well I am not sure if anything could change your mind. For those that love the game, then you know what I am saying is true.
