Know your audience. Console owners have the attention-span of 5-year-olds on heavy sugar and caffeine. So, Blizzard need to throw massive amounts of shiny things at them so they keep playing he game. When they don't out-and-out hold their hands and lead them through it.

1. The military.com video uses a box that has the air removed. Slight problem: It's impossible to create a vacuum in such a box. Thus, the premise is faulty.
2. In addition to this, the video speaks of gun powder. What it refers to is BLACK powder, which isn't USED anymore. Any modern weapon utilizes some form of smokeless powder, none of which have the same chemical properties as black powder.
Beyond this, the first link you used here is dependant on the propellant, in the same manner as the video. The second isn't relevant to the discussion. The third is broken. And the last proves that you're wrong. Good choices, there.

The links you provided offers several factual errors, showing quite clearly that they are sensationalized nonsense, with less scientific accuracy than, for instance, Mythbusters.

If you're inspired by, and can relade to, a sociopath who is a mass murdered who tortures his victims...that REALLY makes me wonder about this game...
This, of course, on top of the fact that the back story of Dexter is the single most broken one I have heard of in television, which also is a mark in the 'CON' column.
Considering the Genki-headed character seemed to have super-powers along with the player....is this multi-player, or do certain NPCs run around doing Death from Above-type stunts as well?
@tedsini Strangely enough, strictly speaking, so do action movies and television programs. Pander violence, that is. And usually in a MUCH greater level of detail that games do. But no-one writes comments about the actors, producers and directors. And if it WERE to happen, it would cause one HELL of a reaction.
Oh, and 'you should commit suicide' is certainly a threat. It implies you want someone to die, after all. It's just that it's a cowards way of threatening. 'I'm scared of the law, so I'll just take this chicken-shit way out.'
