Unreal Tournament 3 was a disgrace, it had none of the imagination, creative design, fast compelling gameplay, or pure fun as Unreal Tournament.

So...IGN is for sale...no surprise there...

I've gotta say, I have been critical of Xbox live Gold, and any 'pay-to-play' video game service since they started popping up.

I've never paid to play online, nor do I believe I should ever have to; I paid the developer and publisher when I bought the game, and I paid the console manufacturer when I purchased their system, I shouldn't have to pay even more to play online.

That being said, I get my online multiplayer fix through my PC via Steam, and until Microsoft adopts a free to play Xbox Live service, my 360 will continue to be a single player/local multiplayer machine.

I forgot that Band Hero existed...with this suit settled, I'm pretty sure ActiBlizzard lost more money on that game than they recouped in sales.

That aside, if you completely forget about their last two embarrassingly awful albums, No Doubt is rather good - The Beacon Street Collection in particular is great.

I've gone through haunted houses that only cost $5 that were far more entertaining and impressive than that was.
