This old argument again? In the 80's it was comics and Video Nasties like Salo and I Spit on Your Grave and before that drive in slasher movies like Two Thousand Maniacs and The Wizard of Gore... and way before that even, old B/W gangster flicks with James Cagney.
Nothing changes, least of all the career politicians and 'defenders of public decency' who get paid flippin' great wads of tax payers money to spout their nonsense and put their sanctimonious mugs on our televisions.
