I downloaded itunes and I have used it before on a different computer. I restored my ipod because I wanted to restart it, and I didn't have a lot of music on it anyways. So there was a few songs that was on the ipod before I did the system restored that I want on it now. I cannot re-download the song for free on itunes because it says that I need to enable automatic downloading on MY computer before I enable autodownloading on itunes. My problem is, how do I enable automatic download on MY computer? I have a PC, and it's windows XP. Thanks!

[QUOTE="CrazyGamer9163"]This is an interesting topic that I've been reading. I'm 17 years old, and I'm not planing on going to college because what I want to do (be a actor in movies) doesn't require a college degree. But my ignorant family on my mom's side are all pressuring me to go look into schools for film acting. There is schools for it, but they are way to expensive and I'm better off taking acting classes and/or have an acting coach that's not related to any acting school. Again, my ignorant family doesn't know anything about the movie industry, but they think they do, and there's many actors who have made it with going to college, such as Heath Ledger, Will Smith, and Hailee Steinfeld (from True Grit). Now it's funny because on my Dad's side of my family everyone over there believes that you don't need a college degree to make it in life, and that some people who go to college and get there degree don't use it at all, so what's the point? The point I'm trying to make is that not everyone needs to go to college and I only recommend people to go to college if they are very determined on what they want to do in life and if it requires a college degree. If it doesn't require a college degree, then DON'T go to college, it's a waste of time and money. My question to those who have graduated with a college degree is, did any employers specifically ask to see your college degree when you had to apply for whatever jobs you applied for or during an interview? You voluntarily telling them doesn't count. Because sometimes people get degrees and the employers don't ask for it.ShadowMoses900

Ok I don't want to rain on your parade but being a movie actor is VERY unlikely.

I actually have some small experience in Hollywood so I'm going to explain the very brutal truthof how it works...

After High Scholl I went to Hollywood because I was trying to pitch a movie idea and I got a few studio executives to listen to me simply because I'm of Jewish descent... I know alot of people are going to call BS but I'm telling the truth. There is a very strong Jewish prescense in Hollywood and I don't think anyone can really deny that, Just do some research on just about any director or producer etc... and 90% of the time they have a jewish background.

I met several people who were trying to get casting calls and get cast interviews for various moveis and TV shows but they didn't even get called on the list of names because, to put it bluntly, there names didn't sound "Jewish". Don't believe me? Whoopie Goldberg is not her "real" name, she changed her last name to Goldberg in order to get noticed on the cast screening name list because it sounds more jewish than her origional last name. If she didn't do that then she would never have even got noticed. Many other actors have done similar things or have stated they have jewish descent to get noticed.

I'm sorry but that's how it is. It's unfair but there are other places where people of one certain ethnicity prefer tohire their own.Like alot of the fire fighters and police men in New York are of irish descent etc... It's just the way it is unfortunately. Of course this isn't true in every case as there are alot of other people of different ethncities.

It also helps you "get in" if you are a hardcore liberal, or atleast pretend to be one (trust me alot of actors arn't real liberals they just pretend to be for the sake of their careers)

I know I said some things that make people uncomfortable but it IS the truth. And anyone who is trying to seriously break into the Hollywood industry knows it as well. When I was trying to pitch my movie even1 studio exec said "We are always willing to listen to someone who is not a goy mamzer" (goy means cattle in Hebrew but is often used as an insult toward non jews, mamzer means bastard in Hebrew)

I also got several questions during interviews where they always ask "your jewish arn't you, I can tell. Shalom" or "Are you jewish" and they would always be excited about it.

As I said I'm of jewish descent myself and I'm just trying to tell you how it honestly works in Hollywood, I'm sorry about being so brutaly honest about it, but it's the truth. I'm not an anti semite or anything either I've just seen many people try to go into Hollywood and get eaten alive because they don't understand how it works.

I believe you. I know it's really hard to get into the movie industry. I all ways wanted to be an film actor ever since I was 4 years old and never wanted to do something else so as far as a back up plan, I don't have one. HOWEVER, if I do decided to do something else I'll pursue that and if it absolutely requires a college degree, I'll go to college for it. But as of right now I still plan to move to LA and pursue my acting career. Even though the odds of being famous is 1/250,000 for the movie industry, I still want to go for it, but at the same time fame isn't necessarily what I'm shooting for. I just want to make a living off of the industry and not have a second job or anything like that. But if I do somehow get famous, I'll take it. As far the other person's post, for the college degree for acting, if I did go and I got my degree, afterwards I'll just be auditioning for roles like I would be if I didn't go to college in the first place. So I don't understand why I would go. And I can save a lot of money by taking acting classes and/or have an acting coach (which will still be expensive but not as much as 4 years in college. Don't get me wrong, I'm understanding everything both of you are saying, and I know you letting me know of the reality, and I thank you for that.

When/are you going to stop playing video games and why? I'm thinking about stop playing video games since my ps3 broke and I don't use my psp any more so I think it's a good time to stop, and move on with my life, not that I hated playing vids, and still will every now and then at a friends house. Are currently not playing any games? How old are you too. btw, I'm 17 too. I'm just wondering that's all.

Ok thanks everyone. I'll probably fix it then sell it. I'm still deciding if I should stop playing video games or not since I'm slowly starting not to play as much as I use to, so I don't know yet if I'll be getting a slim or not.
