@somatzu @Cortana101 Well, they did radically change a lot of the game's mechanics and even cut out entire sections of the game before launch. The advertisements were shady and people weren't happy that the way the E3 demo looked and played and the final gameplay you would think they were on different generations of consoles. And it didn't help that Gearbox banned Reviews from going up before the game released.
@robertcain @bignick217 Just do what I do, never pre-order a game if the developer is refusing to allow the game to be reviewed until after release. The only reason a developer would want that to happen is because they don't want the truth about the game exposed.
@Bahamut50 @ch4ppysgamerev @Johny_47 Well they haven't given them out to the general public yet, but when they do it will be a good idea. I just hope this doesn't mean we get an app store scenario where there are just too many games coming out and the good ones never get seen over the free and cheaper ones.
@Salt_AU You are missing out, if you bought games used you would probably have a game library twice the size of your current one considering that used games can be as low as 5 or 10 bucks for some pretty great triple A titles.
@frylock1987 And you can thank Sony for that who made that a reality in the first place. It is ironic to see him complaining about Used Game Policies on the Platform that they are exclusively developing for where they so vocally shouted "We have your back gamers, we give you used games. Once you buy them on the PS4 you own them."
@Silentme What about houses? In some cases houses actually increase in price but you don't see the builders asking for cuts every time a house it sold.
@gpm23 I think the irony is here is that if this guy believed in what he said the best platform would have been the Xbox One before their policy reversal and PC now as it does not allow used games. GameStop should react by saying "Screw you" to any Dev who constantly blames them for poor sales. If retailers were so meaningless than why don't these game companies just sell their games on their own stores?
