@esqueejy said:Gonna go out on a limb here and say that I have a sneaking suspicion that they made the grave mistake of under-releasing content in order to have more stuff to release later....and that if they had just packaged more of it into the initial release, it wouldn't be getting hammered quite so hard. Game has potential for improvement if they can provide more diversity in the experience in terms of characters, locations and mission structure/boss mechanics (the last being the biggest hurdle they're going to have to get over).I also kindof feel like this didn't need to be an Avengers game, just a Marvel Universe game...perhaps the new answer to Ultimate Alliance's isometric style...so that they wouldn't feel pigeonholed in terms of characters to release, but I suppose there's enough Avengers to pad things out a lot over time. Vision and Dr. Strange could certainly be interesting.Big MUA fan here. I like what you are saying here, but they should keep the focus on The Avengers at the core. They need to stay clear of the X-men, Defenders, Fantastic Four media and characters in this game. Focus on just The Avengers and the rogue gallery that comes with it. I believe this is a big reason the Batman Arkam games and Spider Man were great. They focused on just Batman & Spider Man. In my opinion I think due to the MCU movies Cap & Ironman are the stars of the team, yet the game went with Hulk villains and story starring Hulk & Kamala. MODAK & Monica's story was based around their relationship with Bruce. Another thing I want to point out if most of the current War Tables regions are based in North America \ Europe with Africa, Asia, Austrialia & South America wide open for more regions. There is so much more they can add to this game just using rogues for Cap, Ironman & Thor's gallery. Ive taken the approach of ignoring the haters and just playing. I have so much content already and I only paid 45$ for the game brand new at Wal Mart.
