1. GoldenEye (N64) - Bond is cool in his own right so that automatically makes any game he graces cool as well. Of course GoldenEye gets extra "cool" points for being based on one of the best Bond movies ever. 2. River City Ransom (NES) - How cool is it to toss a steel bat at a retreating enemy, bash him in the head, then pick his tattered corpse up off the ground and smash one of his buddies upside the head? If you don't think that is cool just by the description then you can't be helped. 3. Halo Combat Evolved (Xbox) - Master Chief is one bad mutha and everyone knows it. When Halo first came out it was cool to be a seven foot green power house tearing through hordes of aliens and it was even cooler when you managed to land a sticky grenade on one of your buddies half way across the map. Halo = cool, enough said. 4. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (Xbox, PS2, PC) - I am as white as white can be but when San Andreas slid into my Xbox I was the "illest" gangsta ya ever saw! Whether I was showing off my slick ride by rocketing down the highway or icing some fool who got dirt on my bling, I for one moment was cool. 5. Super Mario Brothers (NES) - What could possibly be more cool then crushing goombas beneath your boots or bowling for koopa troopas? You can't say video game without thinking Mario and no one would question you for doing so.
